Freezer Hinged Door with plinth block, engineered for optimal performance in cold storage environments. It features an 80mm high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam core coated with a robust 1.5mm solid PVC layer in RAL 9002 color, ensuring exceptional resistance to mechanical stress.
Designed for temperatures as low as -40°C, our Standard Series door comes with symmetrical hinges equipped with invisible, tamper-proof screws. These hinges offer vertical and horizontal adjustment for positive/negative temperature settings and feature an anti-theft design. They lift the door upon opening to preserve the sweeper gasket and include a built-in retention spring for easy closure.
The door frame, made of thermal break PVC, measures 110mm in width and 45mm in depth, providing high impact resistance. An emergency unlocking device is included for safety.
Our STNT series additionally features frame heating in the door frame and threshold.
