Freezer Hinged Door with plinth block, meticulously engineered to meet the demands of cold room environments. Crafted with a core of 100-millimeter insulation material, comprising high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam. It is coated with a solid PVC layer of 1.5mm thickness in RAL 9002 color, ensuring maximum resistance to mechanical stresses.
Designed for cold room operations with temperatures reaching as low as -40°C. Its hinges are equipped with ramps, offering symmetrical support with discreet and tamper-proof fixing screws. These hinges not only facilitate both positive and negative temperature settings but also offer vertical and horizontal adjustments, boasting a unique anti-theft design.
They elevate the hinged door upon opening, thereby preventing undue wear on the sweeper gasket. As the door opens, they elevate it, preventing undue wear on the sweeper gasket, while a built-in retention spring minimizes effort required for closure.
Constructed with a thermal break PVC door frame, measuring 110mm in width and 45mm in depth, our door ensures high resistance to impacts, providing long-lasting durability. Additionally, it includes an emergency unlocking device for added safety.
For enhanced functionality, the STNT series features frame heating within the door frame and threshold, ensuring optimal performance even in extreme conditions.
