Freezer Hinged Door with sweeper gasket, meticulously crafted to meet your cold room needs with uncompromising durability and functionality. Designed with a core of 80mm high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam insulation, encased in a robust 1.5mm PVC coating in RAL 9002 color, this door ensures maximum resilience against mechanical stresses.
Engineered for cold room operations with temperatures as low as -40°C, our Standard Series Hinged Door features symmetrical hinges with ramp, equipped with invisible and tamper-proof fixing screws. These hinges offer vertical and horizontal adjustments, catering to various installation requirements, while their special anti-theft design provides added security.
Additionally, they incorporate a lifting mechanism that elevates the door upon opening, preventing premature wear of the sweeper gasket. A built-in retention spring further facilitates effortless door closure with minimal user effort.
Our Thermal Break PVC door frame boasts a 110mm width and 45mm depth, offering exceptional resistance to impacts, ensuring longevity even in demanding environments. For added safety, the door is equipped with an emergency unlocking device, providing peace of mind in critical situations.
The STNT series are provided with frame heating in the door frame and threshold.
