Our Freezer Hinged Door is specially designed for cold rooms, offering excellent insulation and durability. Made with a high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam core (80/100mm) coated with 1.5mm solid PVC in RAL 9002, it ensures resistance to mechanical stresses. Equipped with a thermo break PVC frame and integrated heating resistors, it prevents frosting and guarantees reliable performance down to –20°C.

The Freezer Hinged Door is designed for freezer cold rooms, offering excellent insulation and maximum durability. It consists of a high-density, CFC-free polystyrene foam core, 80mm thick (also available in 100mm), coated with 1.5mm solid PVC in RAL 9002, ensuring high resistance to mechanical stresses. The Thermo Break PVC frame prevents thermal bridges and ensures high energy efficiency.
The door can be manufactured with either a sweeper gasket or a plinth block. Integrated heating resistors inside the gaskets, frame, and threshold prevent frosting, guaranteeing reliable operation at temperatures down to -20°C. The aluminum “Γ” type heated threshold includes an embedded heating cable.
Heavy-duty hinges with self-closing system allow vertical, horizontal, and top/down adjustments, with a load capacity of up to 80kg (two hinges) or 120kg (three hinges). For safety, an optional lock with a panic release system allows the door to be opened from inside even when locked from outside.
