Cold Room Chiller Hinged Door with sweeper gasket, designed with functionality and durability in mind. Constructed with an 80mm insulation core of high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam, this door is encased in a solid PVC coating with a thickness of 1.5mm, colored RAL 9002 for optimal mechanical stress resistance.
Suitable for cold room operations with temperatures up to 0°C, this Standard Series door features hinges equipped with ramps, offering symmetrical adjustment for both positive and negative temperatures, as well as vertical and horizontal positioning. The hinges boast an anti-theft design, with tamper-proof fixing screws ensuring security. Moreover, they employ a lifting mechanism to prevent wear on the sweeper gasket, enhancing longevity. Additionally, a built-in retention spring facilitates effortless door closure, minimizing user effort.
The Thermal break PVC door frame, measuring 110mm in width and 45mm in depth, provides exceptional impact resistance, ensuring durability in demanding environments. For added safety, the door includes an emergency unlocking device.
