Cold Room Chiller Hinged Door with plinth block, engineered with precision and durability to meet the demands of commercial refrigeration environments. Crafted with an 80mm insulation core of high-density, CFC-free polystyrene foam, and coated with a solid 1.5mm PVC layer in color RAL 9002, this door ensures maximum resistance to mechanical stresses while maintaining efficient insulation.
Designed for cold room operations up to 0°C, this hinged door is part of our Standard series, featuring symmetrical hinges with ramp and tamper-proof fixing screws. These hinges offer vertical and horizontal adjustment capabilities, suitable for both positive and negative temperature environments. With an innovative anti-theft design and built-in retention spring, they facilitate effortless opening and closing, while preventing wear on the sweeper gasket.
The door frame, constructed from thermal break PVC, boasts dimensions of 110mm width and 45mm depth, providing exceptional impact resistance for prolonged use. Additionally, each door is equipped with an emergency unlocking device for added safety measures.
