Cold Room Chiller Hinged Door with sweeper gasket, designed for optimal functionality and durability in cold room environments. Constructed with a 100mm insulation core of high-density CFC-free polystyrene foam, coated with a solid 1.5mm PVC layer in RAL 9002 color, this door offers maximum resistance to mechanical stresses.
Suitable for cold room operation temperatures up to 0°C, this Standard Series door features symmetrical hinges equipped with ramp mechanisms and tamperproof fixing screws. These hinges facilitate positive/negative temperature adjustments as well as vertical/horizontal alignment, ensuring versatility for various applications. The anti-theft design prevents unauthorized access while the lifting action of the hinges minimizes wear on the sweeper gasket, enhancing longevity.
With a thermal break PVC door frame measuring 110mm in width and 45mm in depth, this door exhibits high resistance to impacts, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding environments. Additionally, it is equipped with an emergency unlocking device for added safety.
