Description

This Chiller Sliding Door with Sweeper Gasket is built for efficiency, durability, and ease of use in cold storage environments operating at temperatures up to 0°C. Designed with an 80 mm (or 100 mm upon request) insulated core and coated in 1.5 mm solid PVC (RAL 9002), it provides excellent resistance to mechanical stresses while maintaining reliable thermal performance.

Its thermal break PVC frame (110 mm width / 45 mm depth) prevents heat bridges and ensures high impact resistance. A double-extrusion tubular EPDM perimeter gasket and thermally insensitive PVC sweeper gasket deliver superior sealing to minimize energy loss. For larger doors (over 1.60 m wide), a door lever is included for smooth operation, while smaller models come with ergonomic internal and external handles for user convenience.

The sliding system is engineered for performance, featuring anodized aluminum tracks with adjustable settings (±12 mm in height, ±8 mm in/out) and synthetic rollers that guarantee quiet operation with minimal maintenance. A thermal-break handlebar opener further enhances functionality. Optional features include a lock mechanism with panic release for added safety.

With maximum available dimensions of 3000 x 4000 mm and compatibility with cold room panel thicknesses from 80 mm to 140 mm, this sliding door is a versatile solution for professional chiller installations. Each unit is supplied with complete mounting materials and installation instructions for straightforward assembly.

Optional Rail Passage Version
On request, the CHILLER Sliding Door can be manufactured with a rail passage, ideal for overhead rail transport. The passage is sealed with a flexible PVC cover, with default dimensions of 28×64 cm, and custom sizes are available upon request.
