This hinged cold room door is engineered for durability and high thermal insulation, ensuring reliable performance in both preservation and freezer chambers.
It is built with a core of 80mm high-density CFC-free polystyrene, coated with 1.5mm solid PVC in RAL 9002 color for maximum resistance to mechanical stresses. The thermal break PVC frame eliminates heat bridges, while the option of a plinth block or sweeper gasket allows flexible adaptation to specific cold room requirements.
Each door is supplied with mounting materials and installation instructions.
On request, the hinged door can also be manufactured as a Fridge Hinged Door with rail passage, specially designed for meat transport. It features a lintel with a flexible PVC cover for proper sealing, with default passage dimensions of 28x64cm. Custom dimensions are available upon request.
