Our semi insulated swinging door combines durability, functionality, and high-quality materials for commercial and industrial cold rooms. Designed with a 40 mm thick door panel, the door provides excellent thermal insulation while maintaining strength and resistance to mechanical stress. The PVC surface, 1.5 mm thick in RAL 9002, ensures maximum protection against wear and tear.
The door frame is constructed from thermal break PVC, 110 mm wide and 45 mm deep, offering high impact resistance and superior durability. Protection bars on both sides of the door blade further enhance safety and longevity, making it suitable for high-traffic environments. Optional portholes are available in rectangular, round, or oval shapes, allowing for visibility without compromising insulation.
Available in dimensions up to 3000 x 4000 mm, this door can accommodate a wide range of cold room sizes. Panel wall thicknesses range from 80 mm to 140 mm, giving flexibility for different insulation requirements. The door is supplied with all necessary mounting materials and detailed installation instructions for a smooth and efficient setup.
For specialized needs, the door can be ordered with a built-in rail passage. The lintel measures 28 cm wide and 64 cm high, with custom dimensions available upon request. This option allows smooth movement of carts or rails through the doorway while maintaining the door’s insulating performance. Additionally, customers can choose a frame made from stainless steel or aluminum instead of PVC for enhanced durability or specific aesthetic requirements.
